Things To Note:
remove processed foods from your diet.
* Cut off all sugary drinks. No exceptions, even for cheat meals.
* Drink at least 2 liters of water every day
Tip: I use the MyFitnessPal app to help me
track my water intake and my meals!

You can also choose to drink black coffee,
which has been found to boost our metabolism
and help with fat burning!

This means you can eat anything you want
but remember it’s a cheat meal, not cheat day.
